Warranty Disclaimer On Water Filters
Water S.O.S provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for our hardware products and warrants that each product is to be in good working order for the product's lifecycle whether purchased from Water S.O.S or an authorized dealer or business partner. Should this product, in Water S.O.S's opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Water S.O.S will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-Water S.O.S authorized modification or repair.
You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to an authorized Water S.O.S business partner or to Water S.O.S along with proof of purchase. Product returned to Water S.O.S must be pre-authorized by Water S.O.S with an prepaid shipping label and packaged for safe shipment. Water S.O.S will return this product by prepaid ground shipment service.
The Water S.O.S Lifetime Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Water S.O.S reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available or to retract Lifetime Warranty if no replacement is available. The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by Water S.O.S. The above warranty applies to products sold on or after January 1, 2006. NOTE: Under no circumstances will Water S.O.S be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.
LIMITED WARRANTY On Water Coolers
I. WHAT AND HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER:
We warrant each Water S.O.S Water Cooler to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our obligation
under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, free of charge at our factory or authorized service
centers, of any defective parts or parts thereof other than parts damaged in transit, which shall be returned to
us, transportation prepaid. This warranty shall apply only if the appliance is used in accordance with the factory
directions. This warranty runs for one year in general and five years for cooling tank from the date of delivery.
II. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY:
a. The cooler must be installed in accordance with the instructions.
b. This warranty extends only to repairing or replacing any component that proves to be defective in
material or workmanship.
c. This warranty does not cover defects occasioned by misuse, alterations or accident.
d. This warranty does not apply to the accessories due to general deterioration.
e. This warranty is void if product failure or damage result from freezing, electrical sparking., neglect,
misapplication, fouling with sediment or failure to operate the system in accordance with the instructions.
f. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
III. OBTANING WARRANTY SERVICE:
Call for prior authorization for warranty service, ship your Water S.O.S Water Cooler to Water S.O.S, freight and
insurance prepaid, with proof of date of original purchase or simply contact our company or calling your local
authorized dealers.
IV. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Water S.O.Swill not be responsible for any implied warranties, including those of merchant ability and fitness of a particular
purpose. Water S.O.S will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets forth all of
Water S.O.S responsibilities regarding this equipment.

Limitation of Liability
Water S.O.S shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Water S.O.S has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Return Policy
There are no returns for cash, Exchanges only, see exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
You can return any defaulted Water S.O.S product within 60 days of the ship date for exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item. Water S.O.S will send customer the requested item no shipping charge to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including tax if applicable. Water S.O.S cannot accept C.O.D shippment. For you protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through traceable carrier. On the back of your package slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Enclose your packing slip with the return item and ship to:

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Water S.O.S product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Water S.O.S reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Water S.O.S reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Water S.O.S shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Water S.O.S without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Water S.O.S products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Water S.O.S's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Water S.O.S may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Impersonation of others, including a Water S.O.S or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
